Founder & Director
With its launch in 1994, Ajai Sharma brings in over two and half decades of quintessential entrepreneur leadership to this organization. A hospitality industry professional, having numerous years of experience in airlines &hotels, he has brought in new parameters of innovation and operations excellence, which has redefined catering and décor standards in this industry. He has taken this finesse to create a niche in Concept Banqueting, which Safari Grills is extremely proud to deliver.
He has expanded the organization’s footprint globally, launching Safari Grills in Melbourne, Australia and spearheads Destination Weddings for Indians/NRI in Australia and South East Asia.
His work, vision, innovation and operations excellence are one of the many reasons, where Safari Grills is today, and hopes to be in the near future.

Founder & Director
A hotel industry professional brings in over 20 years of rich experience in Catering & Décor. With his strengths being – client relationship management and an eye for detail, early in his career he decided to be an entrepreneur by launching a Catering & Décor Company. His vision was to create a niche one stop shop for individuals planning Gala Celebrations or Corporate planning time bound massive events.
A man of trends, finesse, and a liking for fashionable foods, Amitabh is our foreseer into the future. He sprouts up ideas and brings up ideologies with the simplicity of magic. Amitabh brings us what our future awaits….whilst beautifully and intricately combining the integral facets of the past and the present.
With his taste for perfection and an image for impeccability, Safari Grills has stayed true to its vision of providing joyous celebrations for its numerous patrons and its promise of Integrity, Commitment and Excellence.
